We received a very insightful presentation by Zahra about the numerous changes to the Planning System that has already been implemented and the changes still to come such as SDSs etc.

This was followed by the most insightful political debate about the future of development across Surrey and Sussex and the message couldn’t be clearer – They are open for business!

A wide range of topics were discussed such as Local Plan making, NPPF policies such as the priority to build close to railway stations, DM1 and DM3 that requires public consultation etc.
